The Qigong meditation and Mindfulness classes combine powerful Qigong meditation practices (moving and stationary) with mindfulness techniques that you can use on a regular basis to improve every aspect of your life.
This series of Qigong techniques along with powerful concentration and focus exercises will provide you the empowering tools to effectively focus on any task in hand, achieve higher efficiency at work and balance your life. Through this training, you will learn how to stay centered in the middle of any life challenge. Practicing these techniques will enhance your well-being and energy to face any difficult life situation.
We meet second Saturday of the month from 11am – 12pm.
